Airport One is seeking a Digital Marketing & Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll help airport marketers—and their agencies—unlock the full potential of their FlyMyAirport™ subscription and data. If you're new to the airport industry, we're a fast-growing startup that has rapidly expanded from 1 to nearly 40 airport customers, with 20+ more in the pipeline. By the end of 2025, we aim to capture a 25% market share of U.S. airports, with limitless global potential. You don't need airport industry experience—we need a digital marketing expert who can help educate this industry on best practices and drive results.

Your Mission

Your goal is to maximize searches and purchases for each airport while reducing their cost per organic and paid search. You’ll do this by:
