Your Mission
Your goal is to maximize searches and purchases for each airport while reducing their cost per organic and paid search. You’ll do this by:
- Building strong partnerships with airport customers, positioning Airport One as a trusted marketing and technology partner.
- Educating airport marketers on best website and digital advertising strategies for FlyMyAirport™.
- Executing test-and-learn initiatives to uncover new best practices.
- Analyzing data to provide actionable insights that improve performance.
By excelling in these areas, we aim to maintain a 95%+ airport retention rate and drive (aka earn) airport-to-airport referrals.

Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with airport clients, positioning Airport One as a key partner in their success.
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide newly acquired airports through the seamless implementation of FlyMyAirport™, ensuring they apply best practices for maximum impact.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular dashboard reviews with airport marketing teams, identifying trends and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Customer Feedback & Advocacy: Gather and analyze airport feedback to drive product improvements, enhance satisfaction, and increase retention. Act as a liaison between airport clients and our product team, advocating for high-impact enhancements.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Introduce value-driven products and services that support airport goals, encourage more people to fly locally, and increase revenue per airport.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to align on client needs and business objectives and drive execution from planning to action.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid search (PPC), and digital advertising strategies. Experience with campaign implementation, including UTMs and ad tracking.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence clients.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and translate insights into action.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideal:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, or data-service management.
- Direct experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with airport marketing, travel industry trends, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with designing emails leveraging tools like Hubspot, Canvas, Zoho Campaigns etc.
- Experience with 1 or more CRM systems (Netsuite, Sugar CRM, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms.
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or driving product adoption.
- Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Compensation/Benefits
- Targeted Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience
