FlyMyAirport® passed 15 million consumer flight searches across its airport network — every one of them starting at a local airport rather than a generic travel site.

AirportOne has launched a new data suite within FlyMyAirport® that gives airports visibility into traveler demand to and from an airport — demand that has historically been invisible — showing where and when consumers want to go, even when they do not book. This matters to airports under increased pressure to prove demand to airlines with credible data.
FlyMyAirport® captures real-time searches, add to carts, and purchases, turning traveler intent into measurable demand over a meaningful look-back period. High search demand with low bookings signals unmet demand and reveals travelers who actively rejected the available options — real demand airlines typically never see.
“For the first time, airports can show airlines what travelers tried to do, but couldn’t.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer
The release also introduces timing intelligence, showing when travelers want to fly and when they begin planning. If travelers search dates in January and May but flights only run February through April, that demand is going unserved — a clear opportunity to extend seasonal service.
Extend or adjust routes based on real demand
Align schedules to the timing travelers actually want to fly
Time marketing when travelers are actively planning
All data is delivered through a newly launched secure portal, giving airport teams direct access to these insights.
“In one airport analysis, a top-five searched destination generated four times more searches than bookings — strong consumer demand, yet dissatisfaction with current air service. Every seat starts with a search. Now airports can prove it, and act on it.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer
AirportOne launched a single secure portal — a one-stop hub for marketing and air service intelligence, actionable analytics, and the tools airports use to act on them.
FNT grew airline seat capacity 25% with FlyMyAirport® and RouteBuilder™ working together — search-to-book capturing demand on the airport’s own site, destination advertising driving high-intent travelers into it.
Proving that demand 10 to 12 months ahead of schedule decisions gave airlines the confidence to add capacity: a struggling route was revitalized and a new nonstop to Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS) was secured.
ATW grew Allegiant service 27.8% with FlyMyAirport® and RouteBuilder™ working together — seats and onboard passengers rising in step, the pattern airlines look for before they add capacity.
Forward schedules pointed to further expansion later in the year.
2025

FlyMyAirport®, the airport-loyal flight search-to-book platform that helps travelers find and book flights directly from their local airport’s website, has reached a major milestone: 50 subscribing airports across North America.
From regional airports to larger hubs, more airports are using FlyMyAirport® to make it easier for travelers to choose their airport and turn website visits into booked trips.
“Hitting 50 airports is a proud moment for our team. Every search represents a traveler choosing their local airport — which means more bookings, stronger routes, and greater local impact.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer
Launched just two years ago, FlyMyAirport® integrates into airport websites, giving travelers a simple way to search airport-specific flights and book directly with airlines. The platform powers millions of searches each year, helping airports measure results, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen airline relationships.
A new data feed shows when travelers want to fly, not just where. By analyzing the time between a search and the intended travel date, airports can see booking windows by destination and feed those insights into Meta and Google campaigns to reach higher-intent travelers — improving ad ROI by up to 50%.
Recent additions include Oakland International (OAK), Rhode Island International (PVD), and Southwest Wyoming Regional (RKS).

FlyMyAirport® announced the launch of Groupings, an AI-powered page builder that lets airports create dynamic campaign pages in seconds, at no extra cost. Groupings gives travelers faster ways to discover trips that match how they want to travel, while helping marketers drive engagement and bookings more efficiently.
Unlike traditional destination marketing, Groupings aligns with how travelers view destinations: not just as places to visit, but as experiences to be had. Marketers can build customizable landing pages highlighting the best routes, trip ideas, or themed campaigns.
“With Groupings, we’re giving airports a faster way to inspire loyalty and drive travel decisions. By layering AI into the creative process, we’re removing barriers for marketers while giving travelers better, more informed options.”
Ryan Baseman, Chief Technology Officer
Using a simple URL builder, teams create a page, drag and drop a hero image, and add a campaign title — AI does the rest. It complements the pre-built landing pages for every commercial airport in the world already included with every FlyMyAirport® subscription.
Groupings was developed in response to shifts in real-time traveler behavior observed across FlyMyAirport®, which surpassed 4 million searches across 38 participating airports that month.
FlyMyAirport® announced two features designed to help airports spotlight nonstop routes and give travelers real-time access to the most affordable and convenient options: Today’s Flight Deals and the Direct Flights Carousel.
“Airports want travelers to instantly see their best nonstop options. With these new tools, airports can showcase key routes with real-time pricing and effortless updates.”
Ryan Baseman, Chief Technology Officer
Today’s Flight Deals lets airports select up to 16 nonstop routes for real-time fare updates. The Direct Flights Carousel automatically displays up to 10 nonstop routes, ranked by lowest available fare and updated with live schedule data.
That month FlyMyAirport® surpassed 4 million consumer searches across approximately 35 subscribing airports, having released over 1,000 product and data improvements in the prior 12 months — including layering Cirium scheduling data on top of KAYAK pricing data.
FlyMyAirport® passed 4 million consumer searches across approximately 35 subscribing airports — roughly the population of Los Angeles actively looking for a trip.
2024

FlyMyAirport® announced a feature making it easier for travelers to find and book less-than-daily flights. A calendar pop-up highlights the days of the week when nonstop flights are available, helping travelers find the most convenient — and often most affordable — days to fly from their local airport.
“Most airports want to support all their airlines, including low-cost carriers, but this is hard when travelers don’t know which days those flights operate. The calendar shows travelers when nonstops are available, giving low-cost carriers the visibility they need to fill more seats.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer
During pre-launch testing, airports saw a 50% increase in purchases for low-cost carriers, with some routes achieving growth of up to 200%. At the time FlyMyAirport® had expanded to 30 participating airports and surpassed 3 million consumer searches.
FlyMyAirport® passed 3 million consumer searches, with the network at 30 participating airports.

FlyMyAirport® now includes Southwest Airlines prices in its search results, following KAYAK’s integration with the airline. Travelers can compare fares across nearly every airline, including Southwest, when searching flights from their local airport.
“Airports with a strong Southwest presence have been requesting this feature, and we anticipate a wave of them adding FlyMyAirport to their websites in the coming weeks.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer
Since launching a year earlier, FlyMyAirport® had expanded to nearly 30 airports across the United States, including Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) and Memphis International (MEM), and surpassed 2 million consumer searches in July.
FlyMyAirport® passed 2 million consumer searches in July, one year after the first airport went live.

FlyMyAirport® launched a major upgrade to the software that interacts with travelers in the early stages of trip planning, creating a personalized experience whether they are considering inbound visits or outbound travel.
Key to the upgrade is My Tabs, which airports customize to nudge consumers closer to an airport-loyal booking. MyCommunity Tabs deliver destination-inspired content — Things to Do, Events, Airport Info — designed to boost inbound bookings, and the content is broadcast across the FlyMyAirport® network.
Search Mode (Fly Out / Fly In) — undecided travelers specify intent and get content that matches
MyCommunity Tabs — highlight attractions, events, and travel information, with an opening for CVB and DMO partnership
MyCampaign Tabs — customized search-to-book landing pages for a cohesive ad-to-book experience
“By adding more airports and expanding our tech team, we can deliver innovation faster, better, and at a lower cost than if each airport worked alone. There is strength in numbers, and our numbers are growing fast.”
Keegan Coulter, Chief Operating Officer

FlyMyAirport® was presented at ACI-NA’s Air Service Data Seminar as an alternative source of air service data — real-time demand signal from travelers searching an airport’s own site, alongside the traditional data sets planners rely on.
The seminar session was led by Mead & Hunt.
2023

Four months after its first airport went live, FlyMyAirport® announced expansion to twelve additional airports and introduced the Explore Map — a visual way for undecided travelers to browse where they can fly nonstop from their local airport.
RouteBuilder™ launched as the destination advertising arm of the platform — turn-key campaigns that put a specific route in front of the travelers most likely to fly it, and measure the result in searches rather than impressions.
Paired with FlyMyAirport®, it closed the loop: the advertising creates intent, the search-to-book experience captures it on the airport’s own site, and the same data set reports both.
Appleton International became the first airport to launch FlyMyAirport®, putting a full search-to-book flight experience on the airport’s own website and beginning the airport-loyal search data set the platform is built on.
2022
A year before FlyMyAirport® existed, AirportOne was running Click-to-Book destination advertising for Appleton International in partnership with Allegiant — landing pages, paid social, and search built around specific routes.
The frustration that came out of that work became the product. Ads for Appleton departures kept handing travelers to third-party booking sites that surfaced cheaper flights from Milwaukee and Chicago. The fix was to give the airport its own search experience, and to measure what travelers actually did.
Your airport could be the next story.
